Gina Laverne was another of the female wrestlers from the HAction Promotions stable in Manchester. Coming into wrestling later in life than most Gina didn’t reach the fame of some but did have contests against noted opposition. Nevertheless, she had some tremendous tussles, the most memorable of them all being with her main rival, Lady Satan.
There was never a dull moment when Miss Laverne was around. Sassy, sexy and very mouthy is what you got with Gina. She would tell the fans just what she thought of them, and bend the rules with the best of them.
She had a strong fan following and her mail bag was always full to the brim, even receiving offers of marriage!
